• On an educational visit, children are more likely to retain information. Being immersed in information and being involved in visual and practical experiences will help children remember, learn and understand subjects.
• Educational visits will help reinforce classroom resources, bringing lessons to life.  School trips give children the opportunity to visualise, experience and discuss information on a topic.
• Going on educational visits offers children a unique cultural learning experience. It allows children to be involved in new environments and encouraging curiosity about a given subject. It is also valuable as an exercise in broadening a child's understanding of the world and their place in it.
